Helen's expertise is grounded in years of dedicated study under some of the most respected figures in the field. She was trained by Master Julian Diazan Skinner Roshi of the Dragon Pearl Temple in Gifu, Japan, a lineage that emphasizes mindfulness and the deep connection between body and mind. Additionally, she has taken further training from Matt Kukei Kane, a Zen Taiso (Zen Yoga) teacher based in London, who is the resident teacher at the Bukokuj Zen Monastery in Fukui, Japan. This wide-ranging training allows Helen to draw from a variety of perspectives and disciplines, enriching her teaching and keeping her practice at the forefront of Tai Chi and Yoga techniques.
